This series of three-stage GM ultra-low temperature cryocooler cold heads is a high-performance closed-cycle cryogenic cooling core system evolved from the traditional two-stage GM refrigerator architecture. Through an innovative three-stage cascaded refrigeration design, it overcomes the lower temperature limit of conventional 4K-class two-stage cold heads.
