The Agilent VacIon Plus 20 Ion Pump is a mid-size 20 L/s ion pump. It is suitable for a wide variety of ultra-high and very high vacuum applications in academic and high energy physics (HEP) research areas, but also in imaging and radiation medical equipment.

VacIon Plus 20 Pump Overview

The Agilent VacIon Plus 20 Ion Pump is a mid-size 20 L/s ion pump. It is suitable for a wide variety of ultra-high and very high vacuum applications in academic and high energy physics (HEP) research areas, but also in imaging and radiation medical equipment.
      The pump is available with general purpose 2-pole ion pump pumping units, as well as 3-pole ion pump and noble gas 2-pole ion pump pumping units for pumping mixed gases. Agilent's proprietary triple ion pump pumping unit handles large volumes of noble gases and hydrogen, with the highest pumping speed and capacity for methane, argon, and helium. Various options are available for customers to choose (such as pumping unit type, integrated heater and high-pressure vacuum lead-through), which can help customers easily realize system integration and obtain particle-free ultra-high vacuum pumping performance.

SEM version has low leakage current and high stability to minimize electronic interference

Special test procedures can be added according to your specific needs
